Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse.
